From June to September Al Palazz can only be booked Saturday-Saturday (ie full weeks only). From October to May, starting dates and numbers of days' stay can be flexible.
Groups of 1-4 guests can book just the Villa. Groups of 5-6 people can also book, at a small additional cost, the use of La Cantina, the separate ground-floor apartment for two.
Note: when guests book the Villa, La Cantina is never let separately to other guests, but on occasion you may find us as owners in residence in the separate ground-floor apartment. You will still have exclusive use of the house, the private pool (open Jun-Sep), the private car park, and the gardens, except for necessary outdoor maintenance.

Both Trip Advisor/Holiday Lettings and Vrbo charge service fees which include their booking protection for guests. They calculate and present their additional charges in different ways.
It is always cheaper to book direct with us, and we are pleased to arrange this if you would like to do so.
2. Booking Direct
If you are happy to book direct with us (and in the last fourteen years we have honoured every one of our 90+ bookings), then there are no additional third-party agency service fees to pay.
You pay direct by Bank Transfer a fee that provides you with a 10% saving on agency rental fees for the period, with a further 10% saving if you are renting the Villa when we are in residence in the separate ground-floor apartment. We also do not charge an upfront damages deposit - but we do expect you to declare and pay for any damages at the end of your stay. What’s Included in the Price
Our prices are all-inclusive. There are no extras for heating or cleaning, no need to buy basic cooking and cleaning materials. The price you pay includes:
It is a condition of rental that guests leave the villa clean, and in particular ensure that bathrooms, kitchens, ovens and fridges are left in a good state. Our cleaner provides a weekly change of linen and a final end of week cleaning service.
We ask you to replace any item in the villa that you finish, and to settle the cost of long-distance calls, use of the drinks cabinet, excess internet time, and any breakages, on an honesty basis out of your Returnable Breakages/Additional Cleaning Deposit. This is £300 payable with your Balance Payable amount.
